THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN THE LOS CASTAÑOS NEIGHBORHOOD, A QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA, SPECIAL FOR ENJOYING YOUR HOLIDAYS WITH THE FAMILY. VERY COZY - SAFE - 24-HOUR CONCIERGE. The building has a laundry on the 22nd floor. This summer the washer and dryer cost $1,800 each. SWIMMING POOL, EXCLUSIVE PARKING on the first level, there is also a limited time for visitors.
