The building is a modern tower. It has amenities such as a grill, swimming pool, SUM, laundry and parking (at an additional cost). It offers two elevators. The 24-hour guard allows us to receive guests at any time of day or night. The apartment is in impeccable condition. Everything is newly painted and with a living room recreated and newly decorated to offer it to guests. Super bright. Other things to note For stays longer than one week, a cleaning service must be carried out every 5/6 days and towels and sheets must be changed to maintain their condition, which has an additional cost of $17 (dollars). It will be paid in the apartment to the cleaning staff. The covered garage is located in the basement, the cost of which is $8 per day.
