The house is located in Villas Xihu, a small neighborhood, in the quiet town of Esterillos Oeste just south of Jaco. Each of the two apartments conforming the house are conveniently equipped with a Kitchen, A/C in every room, High Speed Internet and Cable TV making it the perfect AirBnb to stay for your Costa Rican get away vacation! The space The house can fit up to 10 guests. There are two identical apartments next to each other, each with two bedrooms. To the right, you have a Master Bedroom equipped with a Full Bed, A/C unit, ceiling fan, two nightstands and lamps, and a small open closet to hang up your clothes. To the left, there is a Guest Bedroom equipped with a Bunk Bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on the top, A/C unit, ceiling fan, one nightstand and lamp, and a small open closet to hang up your clothes. Right in the middle of the two rooms there is a shared detached bathroom with a sink, toilet and a shower with hot water. Out in the common areas there is a Living/TV Room with a 42" TV, ceiling fans, a comfortable sofa and coffee table, and a fully equipped Kitchen with a gas stove and dining table. Out on the front porch there is an open terrace, parking space for up to 4 cars and access to a laundry room. The bathroom features all of your necessities including towels, face washcloths and environmentally friendly soap. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with: - Fresh Costa Rican coffee. - Full size fridge and freezer. - Oven and range top. - Blender. - Cutting boards and a set of sharp knives. - Microwave. - Glasses, wine glasses, cups and coffee mugs. - Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils. - Colander. - Cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper. OUTDOOR AREA The apartments are surrounded by lots of nature and fauna. You will find plenty of space for parking and a small laundry room area. Guest access Guest will have access to the two apartments conforming the house and the laundry room. On the right side bodega is an owner's storage area which is not accesible. Other things to note We are one of the very few houses in the area that have their own water well. This will ensure you will not have lack of water during your stay. We also have a brand-new UV Water Filtration System that will let you drink the tab water.
