Balcony with hammock!! !!! We do not rent to groups of friends, only families !!! The space Residential neighborhood with a quiet neighborhood. Close to a bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, pizzerias and restaurants. Spacious and airy environments. Wake up to the birds singing! Guest access The apartment's doorman will deliver the key! Please note that the address appears on the site in a way where the building number is before the street name, and after the street name the apartment number is identified. The correct address is Rua Batista de Oliveira 857, apt 14. The site is showing the American form of address, so this difference I can't correct in the app. Thanks!!! Other things to note We strictly recommend caution with children and small animals, as the apartment is on the first floor. Windows and balcony do not have protective nets. We do not provide bed and bath linens, as we consider these personal items that must be provided by guests.
