Blue house by the sea, 25 km from the airport (Recife)

Delicious beachfront house with pool, stunning view, in front of natural hot water pools, just 25 km from the airport. You'll love it, literally on the sand! Fantastic outdoor area with a beautiful view of the kiosk, barbecue area and everything that is needed for unforgettable moments of leisure and rest. Perfect WI-FI IMPORTANT: The house accommodates up to 15 people in total, without guests. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Unfortunately, we were unable to make the check-in and check-out times more flexible. The space The House has an excellent balcony overlooking the lawn and the sea. It has an outdoor area with a swimming pool and a barbecue. It has a living room with 2 environments, with a dining table, TV and sofa. It has an American kitchen, with all the utensils. It has 5 bedrooms that you receive with beds lined with sheets and white cotton towels. Room layout: 3 internal bedrooms (1 suite), a full social bathroom and 2 more attached bedrooms with separate entrances and access to a third bathroom. It has one more support room, with a double bed and fan. Explaining the rooms in detail: Bedroom 1 - Front sea suite, with box double bed and 1 single bed and split air-conditioning. Bedroom 2 - Facing the sea, with a double box bed and 1 single bed and split air-conditioning. Bedroom 3 - With 1 double box bed, plus 2 single beds and split air-conditioning. Bedroom 4 - Annex, facing the sea, entrance through the front balcony, with a single box bed and a double bed underneath, split air-conditioning and access to a full internal bathroom. Bedroom 5 - Annex, access through the back balcony of the house, with a box bed and split air-conditioning. Access to a full internal bathroom. Support Room - Annex, access through the back balcony of the house, with two single beds. Other things to note 1- We DO NOT have parties in our house; 2- We don't allow loud noise, as we have elderly neighbors; 3- The house only receives up to 15 people, with no visitors during the day; 4- Our CHECK-IN time is 3 p.m. and our CHECK-OUT time is 11 a.m. Unfortunately, we do NOT have the structure to allow you to enter earlier or leave later. 5- Please do not leave the air-conditioning on when not in use. We have already had a power outage in the house due to overload. 6- Avoid using sofas and beds with wet bathing suits. 7- I know you love your pet, but we'd like them not to be on the couch or on the beds. 8-Avoid smoking inside the house. You will receive the house with clean Santista cotton sheets and pillows, blankets and white bath towels. We do not provide towels for the beach or the pool. The bathrooms will have liquid soap in the sinks, which will be replenished if necessary, and toilet paper, which will not be replenished. We will always have some water in the tank for your arrival, but we do not replenish it. We deliver the house with Gas and we do the replacement. We use clean energy in the house, solar energy, it is included in the daily rate, but I ask that all air-conditioners be turned off when not in use, so as not to exceed our generated quota.
