The space Casa Tupinambás Búzios is spacious, airy and easy to get around. The common area on the ground floor is flat and all glazed, which allows a beautiful view of the sea. The house is complete, assembled, everything works and the maintenance is up to date. I personally take care of this because I live in the property when not rented. We have a living room with a Smart TV, a living room with several sofas, dining tables, a dining room next to the kitchen that is complete with a freezer and refrigerators, a balcony, a deck, a barbecue with items, a steam sauna and a very large swimming pool. All rooms are suites, 7 in total. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 for people with disabilities) and 4 bedrooms on the upper floor that have sea views and a private terrace🥰. I can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people in beds. The rooms are as follows: 5 bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed each, 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. Access to the beach is through the pedestrian gate going down a few steps, but we also have another access to the beach, which is going around the property without the need to go down stairs. Rua das Pedras in the center is about 4 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. Ferradura is a family beach because it has a calm sea. On the beach, you can rent a paddle boat, stand-up paddle board, motorboats or just relax on the sand without being bothered by street vendors. I recommend the ZAZA kiosk, which is in front; the Zaza team is super friendly and has a menu for drinks, cocktails and meals. Ferradura is the noblest neighborhood in Búzios, safe, has beautiful mansions, beautiful gardens and a wonderful and preserved green area.
