Apto Número 01 Located in the north of Florianópolis Island, 500 meters from two beaches (left coast of Santinho and right coast of the Ingleses) 50 meters of shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, butchery, gas station... It is only 10 minutes to see the sea. The space Fully furnished kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, pillows, bed linens, blanket, towels, 14" TV, hairdryer and split air-conditioning. What would be shared is only the patio, beach shower and parking that have an exclusive (uncovered) space within the property. Other things to note CAUTION: * In cases of monthly promotions of 28 days or more, cleaning products such as detergent, soap and toilet paper will not be available during the stay. * The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 people, including adults and children. If this rule is not respected, a daily fee will be charged for the extra people present, plus a fine of 50% of the total amount of the stay. An invitation will also be made for these extra people to leave as soon as possible, avoid discomfort and respect the rules. CONDOMINIUM MONITORED BY CAMERAS. *All outlets are 220v. * Family property and with silence rules from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m., noisy guests will not be welcome. * Shared Wi-Fi Internet not recommended for professional use. * The property also has covered parking for motorcycles. Request a parking space in the reservation. * Only people registered in the reservation will be allowed to stay in the apartment, with an extra fee being charged for each additional person hosted in addition to the one informed.
