My apartment is new, modern and clean. It's fully fournished and equipped to receive confortably up to 4 people. You just need to bring your baggage to stay there. It’s located in the heart of Miraflores nearby transportation, Super Market, etc. The space The building is very quite and familiar. Each area (kitchen, laundry, living, bedrooms) are well dispossed for example: one of you can be enjoying watching ther favorita cableTV channel at main living room, meanwhile another is listening soft music in the daily dinning room inside kitchen area. I am confident the apartment will be your home in Peru! Guest access The apartment has wireless services , cable, local telephone, hot water, etc. The building has no elevator and monitored 24 hours a day ( video cameras and watchmen ) Host can use the kitchen and the laundry department . Other things to note The apartment is non smoking and pets are not allowed inside the apartment. Guests can not bring visitors to the department without informing the owner, to let your identification number into the goal. For safety reasons , no way should leave the keys to a third party without consulting the owner .
