Cozy beachfront apartment (10m from ocean)

Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket The space You'll have access to the whole apartment. Besides being cozy and brand newly renovated, it has a gorgeous view (the ones you saw in our pictures!!). You may watch the sunrise from our balcony and listen to the sea as you go to bed. Our building community is mostly filled with families with children. We have netflix for rainy days and a barbecue place for the sunny ones!! Besides that, our building infrastructure includes: - Kyosk for parties and barbecues - Swimming pool - Showers - Common area - Game room - playground Guest access Access to the whole apartment Other things to note There is an additional fee for groups above 4 people as well as for pets. When you book our apartment, please make sure you add the exact amount of guests. We only accept small pets in our apartment and a maximum of two animals per stay.
