LIMA - CENTRAL ACCOMMODATION IN A FAMILY HOME

Hello! We have 1 large room on the 3rd floor of my parents' house. We are a friendly and quiet family. We offer you a safe and central stay, in a classic Lima neighborhood, with all the basic amenities. The room shares a common space with a gas stove (4 burners), a kitchen sink, and a washing machine. If you wish, I can help you organize your time and visits to the city of Lima. I am dedicated to art and culture, and I know many places in my city. The space The space we have available shares a bathroom with shower, as well as a large kitchen and washing machine distributed in a space separate from another room for rent, the rooms have vinyl flooring, and have a clothesline for your clothes. The house is located in a park, where there is a sports court, next to the house there is a grocery and beverage store, and the area is surrounded by fast food outlets. BEAT and UBER service is in high demand and taxi prices are low in my city. You will be 15 minutes by taxi to downtown Lima. There is transportation everywhere and my parents or I can guide you for any questions or concerns you may have. Guest access You can access the kitchen, the common hallway and the clothesline. During your stay I usually have time available on weekends, and on weekdays in the evenings.
