The 3 large en-suites with air-conditioning are on the first floor (accessed by a staircase without a model parapet of the house's architecture), household appliances, beach chair, sun guard, cooler and etc. The condominium is cozy and family-friendly with only 4 houses. Great location, 800 meters from the beach and 500 meters from supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We have beach service. Guest access You will have access to the entire leisure area, to all the environments of the house, which was prepared with great affection. The house has a staircase without a railing, not suitable for the elderly, children and people with mobility issues. The guest must exercise the necessary care and responsibility. It is not suitable for children under 5 years of age and people with mobility issues. We do not have bed, table or bath linens. ⚠️Heating the swimming pool is an optional service with an extra daily cost, minimum of 3 consecutive days and 24 hours' notice before check-in. Please consult us about pets, as there are some rules for their care! Smoking will not be allowed inside the house. We do not allow parties.
