Any damage, breakage or loss will be charged at replacement value. 3. If the premises are returned excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. 4. Use of the pool/terrace (if applicable) is the guest's responsibility. 5. It is forbidden to use towels, sheets or furniture to clean makeup, shoes or sand. 6. No sticking, nailing or hanging objects on walls or furniture. 7. The use of the premises is only for the number of people declared in the reservation. 8. Parties or events are prohibited without prior authorization. 9. The volume of music must be kept at a moderate level, respecting neighbors. 10. Pets are allowed but the owner is responsible for cleaning 11. Appliances must be used correctly; damage due to misuse will be charged. 12. Throwing garbage, cigarette butts, or food scraps in common or outdoor areas is prohibited. 13. The person who contracted the rental is responsible for damages caused by their companions. 14. Consumption of illegal substances is not allowed inside the premises. 15. Check-out must be done at the agreed time; delays generate additional charges. 16. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the rental without a refund.
