Our private suite is in one of the most popular areas surrounding Austin - one mile from Jester King Brewery and close to many wineries, distilleries and 15+ wedding venues. Restaurants, boutiques and hill country hiking are all nearby. Located just outside of Dripping Springs, our relaxing space features a covered patio and courtyard for your exclusive use. Shaded by Texas Live Oak trees and located in a rare dark sky community, you can escape from the world only 19 miles from Downtown Austin! The space Our Hill Country Suite features a keypad entrance on the front door, allowing you to come and go as you please, and a backdoor that lets you out onto your private patio. The interior space includes the following amenities: --The sleeping space features a king bed with a Stearns & Foster crafted mattress, a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. --Your sitting area includes a couch with a pull-out memory flex queen bed, a comfortable recliner and 42" flat-screen TV. --The kitchenette comes complete with sink, microwave, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, hot plate, toaster oven and mini-refrigerator with freezer. It is stocked with dishes and basic cooking tools such as a cutting board, knives, serving utensils, etc. If you find you are in need of something not included, we are happy to provide it, if possible. A small two-person bistro table is available for dining. --Your bathroom boasts a lovely travertine and stone shower, plush towels and full length mirror. --The private patio features a four person patio set and a propane grill for your cooking pleasure. We include the following complimentary items with each stay: --Ground Coffee --Sugar and Creamer --Brita Water Filter Pitcher Guest access Your suite features a keypad entry and you can come and go as you like. You will have exclusive use of the entire suite, patio and enclosed courtyard during your stay. A designated parking space is included and we can make two parking spaces available upon request. We share 5.5 acres with others so we do ask that you respect everyone's privacy and refrain from entering the house or any outlying buildings. Our home has a very long driveway with plenty of additional parking available.
