Our house combines comfort and good taste for a pleasant stay. Its garden and private pool make it more attractive. In less than a 5-minute walk, you will be climbing the dunes until you reach the top and see the sea in all its splendor. Ideal for families, couples and travelers, the space has spacious and bright areas, an equipped kitchen and 3 air-conditioned rooms. A palapa with a barbecue and ocean views, where the sea breeze sneaks into every corner. 1️⃣ Guests and events The cost per night of the house is for 8 guests and the maximum capacity of the property is 12 guests with an additional cost of $300 per person per night. Events exceeding this number of guests are not allowed. You can enjoy music, but after 10:00 pm we ask you to moderate the volume out of respect for the neighbors and other guests. 🎶🌙 2️⃣ Pets 🐾 Pets are welcome. They are not allowed in the pool. Always keep your pet under supervision and prevent it from climbing on furniture or beds. Collect their waste and dispose of it in the trash. 3️⃣ Towels and water use Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for the pool or beach. 🏖️🛁 4️⃣ Pool and common areas Pets are not allowed in the pool. Enjoy the pool carefully, respecting safety and cleanliness rules. 5️⃣ Ratings and suggestions We want your stay to be excellent. If any inconvenience arises beyond our control (such as power outages), we appreciate that it does not directly affect the property's rating. Access is provided by property personnel. Other things to note The best place to stay to enjoy as a family. Place located in the quietest area of the beach and very close to the famous Chachalacas Dunes. The house has hot and cold water, soap, toilet paper and shower towels. We do not have towels for the pool or the beach. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, the beds have sheets and pillows. The master bedroom has a TV. The kitchen has basic utensils (pans, cutlery and glasses), a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and stove. The palapa is very comfortable and has a barbecue with ocean views. The green areas and pool make your stay unique. Social events that exceed the number of guests allowed on the property are not allowed. In the area you will find restaurants, convenience stores and tourist service providers that offer you endless activities in the area. Parties and events that exceed the number of guests are forbidden Additional rules: Pets are welcome on the property with the restriction of putting them on the furniture and putting them in the pool, for hygiene and maintenance of the pool. You must collect their feces at all times during your stay. Any failure to comply with these instructions may result in extra costs for any damage caused by any pet. - THE USE OF THE POOL FOR MINORS IS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF ADULTS
