The apartment is spacious and all common areas can be used, such as the kitchen and living room. The location is excellent for getting around to different parts of the city (car, Uber or bus). Close to Rio Vermelho. Easy access to many services (supermarkets, fitness centers, banks, pharmacies). The space The apartment is spacious, sunny, with common spaces that can be used by guests to read, watch TV, enjoy a rest in the hammock, cook, etc. We enjoy cinema and literature and this can be perceived by guests in the decoration, lol. Guest access Guests are entitled to use the common areas of the house, such as the large living room and balcony, kitchen and laundry room. During your stay When I'm not working or have no other commitments, I'll be happy to make new friends and show cool places in the city to visitors! Other things to note - I have two kittens =) - The apartment is about 8 minutes (by car) and 20 minutes (on foot) from the trendy Rio Vermelho neighborhood and the nearest beach.
