Beautiful house with 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suites, a few meters from the beach and the center with restaurants, shopping, banks, bakeries and pharmacies, and you can do everything on foot. The open concept house with large equipped kitchen, living and dining room, TV room, balcony and gazebo with barbecue, pizza oven and wood stove. Swimming pool with exclusive spa and sauna of the house, lots of greenery in the garden, and parking for 4 cars. We provide beach chairs. Bed and bath linens must be brought. The space Our house has rustic architecture, in an open concept, with a beautiful garden facing the pool. Parking for up to 3 cars. Gated community, with 4 houses, but all leisure items are private. Guest access The house has a swimming pool, spa and sauna. A small building with a barbecue, pizza oven and wood stove, as well as a microwave, refrigerator and brewery and all kitchen utensils. Balcony with hammocks and sets of sofas and fiber sun loungers. Large open concept kitchen, fully equipped, fireplace room, living room and TV. Two suites on the ground floor, 1 suite and 1 bedroom on the first floor and 1 more suite in the small house facing the pool. All rooms with ceiling fans. In the master suite, TV and minibar. Beach chairs and sunshade available. Personal items required: we provide bed and bath linens, but they will not be changed during the stay, if you feel the need to bring extra bed and bath linens. Other things to note Our house has 110v voltage and the edicule 220v. We have surveillance cameras with intrusion alarms, which are disabled during your stay. All cameras are only in common areas to preserve guest privacy.
