The house is in a great property, with a big green yard and swiming pool looking towards the ocean.Great environment. Social area with bbq. 5 minute walk into town. beach access. The space Perfect location. Right in between the craziness of the town of Montanita and the area of La punta. Quiet and also walking distance from both ends of the town. really close to everything and really nice neighborhood. Guest access the room comes with access to all the facilities of the house. Pool BBQ social area yard green areas. perfect place to rest hammocks. etc beachfront property. Other things to note Just a great property with great facilities. The rooms are very confortable and equipped with A/C which is key in Ecuador' s heat and humidity. The bottom bed of the room is queen bed so the room easily serves the purpose of double bedroom for couples. All basics are provided. Clean sheets, toilet paper, towels, blankets. Close enough from everything to walk everywhere but far enough to have a quiet place to come home to and rest. 2 Dogs live on the property.
