End your day with a bath in the jacuzzi tub! The space ▪️Huge open layout living room, dining room and kitchen. 1st floor half bath. ▪️2nd floor has 1 master bedroom with king bed and full bath with jacuzzi tub. ▪️2nd bedroom has queen bed with private full bath. ▪️Balcony off master and large balcony with grill and gas fire pit off of main living area. ▪️Pack and play and high chair available Guest access 📍You will have access to main floor and second floor. Including both balconies. ▪️The Basement of the house is a separate 1 bd apartment that can be rented with a separate entrance & hot tub.(please ask me for more info!) ▪️Locked doors in the house are for storage. ▪️Please be mindful when booking with young children as there may be guests downstairs and you are able to hear running around from the apartment below Other things to note 📍NO PARTIES , OR SMOKING INSIDE If you’re looking to have late get togethers , this house is not for you. 📍QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10pm-8am This is STRICTLY enforced. Sound and music travel through the floors. You will be asked to leave ▪️Please do not go on the side of the house or the backyard. There may be guests in the separate basement rental. ▪️Jacuzzi tub is sanitized and ran with jacuzzi jet cleaner before each check in ▪️Please do not wear shoes in the house. We provide slippers by the front door ▪️Lawn service comes once a week and never sure of what time. ▪️No large dogs allowed. If your dog barks or chews, they may not be left at home alone. You will be charged if your dog causes damage. 📍Early check in / check out may be available for an extra fee
