Including both balconies. ▪️The Basement of the house is a separate 1 bd apartment that can be rented with a separate entrance & hot tub.(please ask me for more info!) ▪️Locked doors in the house are for storage. ▪️Please be mindful when booking with young children as there may be guests downstairs and you are able to hear running around from the apartment below Other things to note 📍NO PARTIES OR SMOKING INSIDE 📍QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10pm-8am ▪️If something breaks, please let us know immediately so we can arrange for replacement or to fix. Additional charges may be imposed for missing /broken items or house being left a mess ▪️Please do not put grease, eggshells, & rice down the garbage disposal. ▪️Please do not go on the side of the house or the backyard. There may be guests in the basement rental. ▪️Jacuzzi tub is sanitized and ran with jacuzzi jet cleaner before each check in ▪️Please be respectful of guests that may be downstairs and not wear shoes in the house. We provide slippers by the front door ▪️Lawn service comes once a week and never sure of what time. ▪️No large dogs allowed. If your dog barks or chews, they may not be left at home alone. You will be charged if your dog causes damage.
