The pool is designed with a "Zero Entry" edge and also has a Shallow Depth section just for the little ones. Making it a perfect spot for the younger ones to safely enjoy the water! In the apartment, the covered veranda is a wonderful place to spend time relaxing in the shade and just Ocean Gaze! You'll have no shortage of idyllic spots to enjoy your vacation here at the Blue JackTar properties! This three bedroom apartment is brand new as of November of 2018. We invite you to enjoy your next vacation here in this lovely community. We have supplied the apartment with everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Master Bedroom has a King Sized mattress, and the second bedroom has a Queen Sized mattress. The third bedroom is equipped with Twin-sized bunk beds. Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bath. There is another Half Bath located in the living area. The comfortable Living Room area flows into the veranda through the large glass doors. This elegant apartment has ten foot ceilings and is finished with finest materials. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silver ware, pots, pans and everything you may need to whip up breakfast for the family, souffles, burgers or whatever you heart desires. But if cooking is not in your vacation plans, there are two great restaurants just a few steps from your building. For Fine Dining, the Green Jack has a wide variety of international dishes that are sure to enhance your vacation. The courteous professional staff at Green Jack will provide you with a dining experience to remember! And for beach dining, be sure to visit Jack's Kite & Grill Beach Club. Idle away the hours at Jack's while taking in the clear blue Caribbean surf! We've included menus in the apartment for your convenience. You can be assured of a peaceful and safe visit here at the Blue JackTar properties. We have staff on site around the clock for your assistance and security. And the Playa Dorada community, being a gated community, provides an extra layer of security for your peace of mind. The picturesque Playa Dorada is located on the Dominican North Coast, 30 minutes East from the City of Puerta Plata and 20 minutes West from the Gregorio Luperon International Airport. This secure gated community is a small village unto itself. It is a 250 acre site with a natural bay with a stunningly beautiful 20 kilometer beach. The Playa Dorada community has its own mall, bars, discos, movie theaters, casino, and more restaurants then you can imagine. And let's not forget the Playa Dorada Golf Course! Designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., it is an 18 hole 72 Par course. And while we hope you won't need it, there is a fully staffed 24-hour Medical Center in Playa Dorada. We have provided maps in the apartment of Playa Dorada, and the local Puerta Plata area, for your convenience. If you would like, we can arrange for a local Taxi Service to pick you up at the airport upon your arrival and deliver you right to the apartment. This will make your arrival (and departure) a stress free experience. The driver is also available for assisting with any local trips you may want to take during your stay in Playa Dorada. There is also a Mini-Mall, Golf Course, theater, and a 24 Hour Medical Center. Other things to note There is an 8% tax that must be paid individually. This is necessary because there is no way to list the tax on the AirBnB app. We apologize for this inconvenience. The tax can be paid prior to arrival by check, bank transfer, Venmo or Paypal. Long term rentals are responsible for paying their own Electric and Gas usage invoice. We consider two weeks or longer as Long Term. The Front Desk is staffed 7 days a week/24 hours a day.
