House in the Country Club

Welcome to home located in the beautiful Ellett Valley. We purchased this home last year and have fallen in love with Blacksburg. Our home has unique mountain views and quiet that you need to rest. We hope our home will feel like your home away from home. The space Hello and welcome to Blacksburg. Our home is ready for you to rent during your visitation needs. It has three bedrooms (king, queen, full size beds) with a fourth as a crib room and two full bathrooms. We also have a blow up full mattress if needed; one bedroom has plenty of room to fit it. It has a kitchen (full stocked to cook), large living room/ dining room area with a fireplace, tv with cable, wifi throughout the entire house, two outside patios with a table for 6 to lounge in the evenings. It is within walking distance of Blacksburg country club for your golf or swimming needs, and 1.1 miles away from Blacksburg when you need to go to Football games or graduation. It is 15-18 minutes to campus from our home. Usually no traffic coming back from games because you don't need to get on highway coming back to our house. We reside in Ellett Valley, which means your evening strolls have beautiful views, and we also have plenty of back yard to play corn hole during summer months. This is our family home within a family neighborhood, so we ask for no loud late parties, and anyone under 21 must be accompanied with a guardian. It's a great home to host additional family while they are visiting Blacksburg, and we will be a phone call away if you need directions, food recommendations, or any other needs. Guest access Guests have access to the main level and upstairs loft area. The basement area, where the washer and dryer are located, will be locked off. If you have a stay that will require laundry please let us know so we can open the area up for you.
