We opened as a Bed & Breakfast in June of 2007 but are now offered as a vacation rental. We have had many wonderful guests over the years. We are very family oriented and enjoy large groups. We can sleep 10 adults comfortably but have cushions, Pac-N-Plays and a cot for children & teens. We have handled groups of up to 14 at times. We have received rave reviews on Trip Advisor and AirBnB. Close to many national parks, monuments and canyon. The space Our 2 room suite has a king sized bed in one room and a queen sized bed in the other. There is room to set up a cot in the foyer for a child or teen and there is a private bath room. There is a second bathroom near by if needed. Downstairs we have 3 rooms, two with one king sized bed and the third, one queen bed. There is one bathroom near the rooms with a second bathroom available, just up the stairs. We can rent all 5 rooms or any number down to 1 room. We will adjust the price accordingly.
