Our homily and comfortable apartment is located in a residential and rich cultural neighborhood of Quito. Enjoy and learn with us about our culture. Share and feel like in home with us. The space Our apartment is located in La Floresta neighborhood, a safe and quiet residential area in Quito. You can enjoy of a beautiful panoramic view of Quito's mountains and valleys from your bedroom. We offer two double bedrooms which have two comfortable beds, a bedside, big closet, nice table and chair. You can either share the room (20 USD) or book it for private use (30 USD). You will have plenty of space and light. Close the apartment you can find many cultural attractions like a movie theater, cafes, and libraries. You just need a 15-20 min walk to get to a spanish school (most of the best schools are near), and if you like, we can recommend one for you. Guest access You can enjoy a movie or just read in the living room. There is a beautiful garden outside the house where you can catch some sun or practice yoga. There is plenty space in the apartment so you can feel like part of our family. During your stay We like to interact with our guest and share the Ecuadorian culture together, and at the same time you will improve your Spanish. Usually we gather to have breakfast and some times dinner (dinner is not included in the price) and then wash the dishes after, just like in a family. If you want during the day you can help us with taking care of our plants and garden, or just chill in the living room or garden. We like to show you around the city and from time to time look for an adventure outside Quito for the weekend. We are always please to give the necessary information about tourist attractions and to share like in a family.
