Description

House surrounded by preserved and native araucaria woodlands in the Alto da Boa Vista neighborhood, an upscale region of Campos do Jordão. The site is 1,700 meters above sea level, is calm and integrated with nature, close to the Boa Vista Palace and easy access to the Capivari and Jaguaribe neighborhoods. The space The house is an independent private property and features a TV room with a fireplace, sofa bed and dining table, full integrated kitchen, reading mezzanine, balcony with wooden deck, double bedroom with box bed, front balcony facing the native forest of the Palace, independent garage and outdoor garden, in addition to being on a cul-de-sac. The location is only 5 km from the tourist center of Capivari and 4 km from the Jaguaribe neighborhood, with easy access to the central Abernéssia neighborhood. Access by car is easy, without the need to access the central area, avoiding any traffic. Access is by asphalt, with a short final stretch on land. All the details have been thought out with care, so that you have a special stay in the mountains. The house is newly renovated using local woods such as high-altitude pine, cedar and araucaria trees that fell naturally, preserving the characteristics and climate of the countryside.  On a hike, you will have access to the waterfall, overlooks to Pedra do Baú, Baronesa farm and Café do Palácio. How about strolling around and bringing native flowers, pine nuts and wild raspberries to experience the high-altitude countryside. The site is also close to the Felícia Leirner Auditorium and Open Air Museum and also to the Benedictine Monastery. If you like to ride horses, we'll leave the contact of a friend who can bring them to the door. In addition to the tourist center of Campos do Jordão, the location of the house has easy access to the high regions of São Bento do Sapucaí, where Pedra do Baú, wineries such as Vila Santa Maria Brandina, Portal da Luz, and an olive oil mill stand out, in addition to other attractions. If you want to work overlooking the araucárias, feel free. Our internet is fiber optic and fast. Bed linen and towels are provided, so you don't need to worry about a thing. It is very cold there, but we have electric oil heaters, in addition to the salamander-style fireplace, which allows for greater heating. Another tip, the place is peaceful, the neighbors are special and we value silence. We love music at an ideal volume so as not to disturb the neighborhood, and so the birds, toucans and squirrels continue to visit us, maintaining harmony with nature. We'll be happy to host you in our space! I'm usually in the house next door, which is independent and separate, and we can see each other there. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire house, outdoor garden and private garage, as well as the house's exclusive outdoor laundry area. Other things to note The space is special and was designed in detail so that you can enjoy every moment.
