This house has been built with wood and stones on the nicest area of Praia Do Rosa; Caminho Do Rei. Is located on a hill with beautiful view of the bay and its surrounded by nature and five stars pousadas and restaurants It's 15 min walk to the beach. It has two levels and a huge deck with barbecue. 1st level is a loft fully equipped with bathroom with a double bed and two sofa/beds. The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with cozy kitchen living room with a fireplace. It's 15 min walk to the beach, you can either take the main street (Caminho do Rei) or a path through the natural forest of the hill. The house is 120 mts, with 3 bedrooms, two of them located on the second floor with a shared bathroom, bar, kitchen and living room and one located dowstairs with its own kitchen, bathroom and private terrace. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The best area of the house is the deck (50 mts aprox) that surrounds the house all around. Starts in the third level with a wide deck with hamacs and a wide dinning place with grill, bar and kitchen, perfect for caipirinhas and barbacues. The house is fully equiped with dish washer, fridge, shakers, toaster, electric water boiler, outdoor's shower and kitchen accesories. All the areas and rooms of the house have beautiful view of the bay, its perfect for watching New Year's eve fireworks. It also has a private parking place in the fourth level. Praia is a great holiday spot if you are looking for a cool, relaxing place. The area is very quiet, just nature sounds and the rumor of the sea. During September and Octuber you can even get to see the whales. The bay is surrounded by hills with cliffs on the edges, you get a beautiful aerial view from there. The beach is perfect for surf and other watersports. You can also do yoga or take capoeira classes on the beach or ride horses for sunset. Best restaurants are within 5 min walks from the house; Urucum, Pizza Marguerita, Bistro, Crepe Georgette, Refugio Do Pescador, etc. If you want to party the best spotsare near the central area of Rosa: Pico Da Tribu and Mar Del Rosa are the most recommended clubs. Beleza Pura and Lola's Bar are great bars where you can listen to live music and dance. There's also buses that take you to other cities that are worth visiting such as Garopaba, Ibiraquera, Guarda Do Embau, the Encantada Falls. You can also do hiking to get to other beaches next to Praia Do Rosa, like Praia Bermelha and Praia do Luz, they are usually empty and its great for surfing as well. Other things to note La casa se encuentra en el morro, rodeada de la vegetación autóctona. El estacionamiento es compartido con la propiedad de al lado, el acceso es por una calle estrecha en declive , presenta cierto grado de dificultad superable. Siempre es posible dejar el auto en la calle principal a 50 mts. Los decks están sobre altura , no tienen protección extra para niños pequeños
