You will stay in a cozy two bedroom, 1 bath cabin with a full kitchen, dinning area, a living room and a relaxing back porch for peaceful mornings and evenings. This property has many walking trails spread out over 5+ acres on the river behind the cabin. You can fish, float, kayak or just relax under the beautiful trees, even stop and have a picnic, if you wish! It's the perfect West Texas retreat!! The space Shady Rapids is comfortably decorated with all of the full amenities of a home. There is a full kitchen, microwave, coffee pot, full size refrigerator, 2 full bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The couch is a queen sleeper sofa and there is a love seat. It has DISH TV. There is not WiFi!!! Cabinets are fully stocked with pans, dishes, cups, etc. No smoking inside and no pets. Guest access Guests have access to the back yard & river access. River is approximately 100 yards walking distance behind cabin down a walking trail. It is not to be confused with a slew directly behind the cabin. Please note that if our family and friends use the river while we have guests, they will go up river from our guests. Other things to note Cabin is located at the edge of town. There are neighbors. But the river access & area behind the cabin is private.
