The apartment is located in Punta Mogotes, a quiet and safe neighborhood, 2 blocks from the neighborhood shopping center and 4 blocks from the beach. Two years old, it is part of a PH of modern architecture, with a comfortable distribution, very bright, great privacy, own courtyard with grill and garage closed and covered. It's good for couples, business travelers, and families with kids. Only couples or family groups are rented, no parties or noise outside of hours. The space We are a couple of young architects, so the construction of this apartment complex meant the staging of our cravings in the profession. We want the people who live here to feel comfortable, understanding that they will live (at least a few days) with the same virtues they could have in their homes. Guest access The apartment has a living dining room fully equipped with kitchen, sink, fridge with freezer, dishes. This space expands to a patio of 9 x 4 meters. own of the apartment with deck and grill included. The garage is individual, roofed and closed. If you are accommodating a large vehicle (pickup truck or similar), check the dimensions as they are suitable for medium-sized cars. Other things to note Guests are provided with bed linen (sheets, blankets and quilts) and a set of towels and towel per person. Note that the seaman's bed in the living room has another bed that comes out below, which is suitable for a person of small build.
