Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes right on the Seneca Lake wine trail, this charming A-Frame cabin is perfect for a lakeside getaway. Enjoy sweeping panoramic views from any room in the house! The sun rises from the east over the lake which makes for stunning sunrises either from the upper deck or down by the water. While the house and upper deck are on a bluff overlooking the lake, please note that there are 125 stairs which lead down to the lake front, dock and private cabana. The property, which is located on a rural dead end street, will welcome you with a comfortable, clean & airy interior which highlights an aerial view of the lake. Inside is fully equipped with over 1000 square feet of bright loft-like living space and is crafted & designed with intricate attention to detail including custom decor throughout, knotty pine paneled walls and hardwood flooring which was restored from a 1900s-era Geneva farmhouse. There is a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with stand up shower, dining room and plenty of sleeping space for up to 6 guests. Our sleeping quarters include the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and an upstairs loft with a queen bed and two twin beds - all with new pillow top mattresses. Sliding glass doors from the living room will lead you to the large upper deck with a dining table for 6, a couple of Adirondack chairs to take in the views and a Weber gas grill. Down below, there is 50 feet of beach front with a brand new dock and a private beach cabana. Additionally for guest usage, we have two stand up paddle boards, a two-seater canoe, a kayak, life jackets and other water floats & toys.
