Two bed studio apartment with kitchen, breakfast area, sitting area, bathroom, and AC. Bedroom area has a king bed and the other bedroom area has a queen bed. Kitchen divides sleeping areas. Shared outdoor sitting area with hammocks. The space This unique two bed studio is the perfect home base for your adventure, air-conditioning, flat screen cable television (50 English channels) and a clean well appointed kitchen for those that like fresh coffee in the morning in their PJs or a cool beverage after a day’s adventure. All the comforts you need are here, for the perfect dive vacation or a relaxing beach getaway. The kitchen includes a stove top, under the counter fridge, coffee maker, toaster and microwave as well as all the necessities of simple cooking. Access to the pool and garden patio makes this a perfect retreat from a day of beaching, Scuba diving or exploring. Guest access Private Suite, with outside access from the covered deck with hammock, table and chairs. The pool is available 24/7 for guest convenience to cool down after a days adventure. The adjacent garden patio is the perfect location to relax, read and work on tan lines. Other things to note RATES INCLUDE : For stays longer than a week, we provide a change of linens and light cleaning of the room, every 6-7 days. Monthly stays will include weekly change of linens and housekeeping. We provide a coffee starter pack, 5 gallon drinking water replaced as needed, as well as all necessary linens, towels and basic toiletries. If you or your unit needs anything during your stay, then please don't hesitate to ask. While the cost of Air-Conditioning is included, Please use it conservatively with the door and windows closed. Electrical rates on Roatan and roughly 10 times North American rates.
