Whole Foods, Safeway, restaurants and breweries are within walking distance as well. This multi-level condo feels like home with wood beams and cozy living areas. Both entryways offer mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Walk into the main living area that features a Smart TV next to a gas fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone surround. The homeowner has provided a selection of board games and a DVD player for your enjoyment. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air and private hot tub after a long day of outdoor adventure. The 2025 fully-rennovated, full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The kitchen also features some household favorites including a drip-coffee maker and a crockpot. The dining table can seat six to ten and there are five additional seats at the breakfast bar. Also on this level is a guest bathroom with a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Just across from the bathroom is the private washer and dryer, and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. Upstairs is the primary suite and two additional bedrooms, each with king-sized beds. The primary bedroom features a mounted Smart TV, a private balcony, and en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms include dressers and USB charging stations on the nightstands. There is also a guest bathroom upstairs with a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Downstairs is a spacious living area that provides extra space for gathering and sleeping. In the living area you'll find cozy seating around a Smart TV and an Xbox, creating a perfect space for entertainment and relaxation. Additionally, there is a queen bed and twin bunk bed. Adjacent to the living area is a large game table that can seat four to six guests. A bathroom with a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower is also located on this level.
