Here you and your family will find what you need to enjoy a quiet stay! Residencial Torquato, in total, has the house (ground floor) and 4 more apartments. Each has an individual entrance, as well as varying in size and accommodations; Apartment no. 2 is spacious, cozy and comfortable; It is located on the 1st floor of the property - rear view (Note: access only by stairs); The space Large, comfortable space, about 40 m²; Located 150 m from the beach; It has a living room and combined kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a social bathroom, a washing machine, a balcony in the living room with a barbecue; All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fan; The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils for the most varied needs; In addition, guests can use the collective laundry, located on the ground floor; 1 parking space; Wi-Fi in the house and the living space. Guest access You can do almost everything on foot in the neighborhood, but if you prefer, driving around here is very easy. The guest is entitled to 1 parking space in the property's parking lot; Other parking lots can be found on the streets, along their entire length (free parking on the street). KEEP THE KEY IN A SAFE PLACE; - DO NOT LEAVE CURTAINS/BLINDS EXPOSED TO THE WIND; - DO NOT SLAM THE DOORS AND AVOID LEAVING THEM HALF-OPEN. USE THE DOOR HOLDER ATTACHED TO THE BASEBOARD; - WHEN OPENING THE VENETIAN WINDOWS, HANDLE CAREFULLY. WHEN OPEN, THEY MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE WALL-MOUNTED COUPLING; - WHEN RETURNING FROM THE BEACH, USE THE OUTDOOR SHOWER TO REMOVE THE SAND BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE; - WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN AND TOWELS; - PILLOWS INCLUDED; - WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH EQUIPMENT (CHAIR, CART AND PARASOL); - COLLECTIVE LAUNDRY; - DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER OR ANY OTHER OBJECT DOWN THE TOILET; - DO NOT POUR COOKING OIL INTO THE SINK. IT MUST BE COLLECTED IN THE CONTAINER INDICATED IN THE KITCHEN; - GARBAGE MUST BE COLLECTED IN A PLASTIC BAG AND DEPOSITED IN THE TRASH CAN OUTSIDE THE HOUSE; - SMALL/MEDIUM SIZE PETS (UP TO 15KG) ARE ALLOWED, WITH PRIOR NOTICE; - WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE, CHECK THAT LIGHT BULBS, TV, FAN AND/OR AIR CONDITIONING ARE OFF AND THE FAUCETS ARE CLOSED, IN ORDER TO AVOID RISK AND WASTE; - DO NOT FORGET CELL PHONE CHARGERS, COFFEE MAKER, SANDWICH MAKER, HAIR DRYER PLUGGED INTO THE OUTLET; - TAKE CARE OF THE PREMISES AND OBJECTS OF THE HOUSE AND LEAVE IT AS YOU FOUND IT; *** HAVE FUN, RELAX, ENJOY FLORIPA AND HAVE A GREAT STAY!***
