Greenwood Guest House, a Peaceful Oasis

Welcome to Greenwood Guest House, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath private house situated in a peaceful and expansive backyard with a pool, tennis court, and beautiful scenery. Our space is a good fit for business trips, couple vacations, and family visits. The kitchenette and laundry room make longer stays quite enjoyable. Easy access to Highway 17 and 85, 15 minute drive to San Jose airport (SJC) and 2 minute drives to either downtown Los Gatos or Saratoga. The space Our detached guesthouse is located in the backyard of our main house. You will find a bedroom, a full bath and a living area with a kitchenette in the 800 sq ft space. It has a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the spacious living area. All furniture and appliances are updated including a 50" cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guest access The guest house has its own entrance, access to the pool/tennis court before 6pm and plenty of parking in the front courtyard. Other things to note The pool is not heated nor does the hot tub operate.
