Directly on middle channel. Direct access to lake st Clair, Lake Huron.Stop in to muscamoot bay.Many water destinations. Have private docking for 5 boats.Jet ski lift. Stairs down to nice sandy bottom. Fishing/hunting Cute little town- not much traffic- good restaurants and shoppes. This waterfront cottage will wow you and your guests. The living room is covered with windows to not block the marvelous view of the water. The sunsets/sun rises are breathtaking. This cottage feels like vacation. The space From the Parking lot to lake is all yours to enjoy. Bon fire pit in rear of lot. Pavilion area is shared.... the dock is also shared. There are two different sitting at Areas . the grills are located in pavilion. Guest access House has front & rear entrance. Other things to note Like anywhere, just respect the area.
