The upstairs layout includes two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, a full bathroom, a half bathroom, a laundry area and outdoor terrazzo, half of which is covered. There is extensive tropical landscaping surrounding the house which includes many fruit trees. Wake up to howler monkeys, watch the astounding array of birds and animals, enjoy the amazing plants and flowers, pick seasonal fruit from our many fruit trees or just relax in the upstairs terrazzo, living/dining room, or screened porch. Guest access Tierra Pacifica, where Casa Verde is located, is a wonderful place to be. Enjoy the pool, lap pool, hot tub, exercise room and/or tennis court at Club Arbol.
