There's also small private backyard space with BBQ and patio furniture. There is 1 included and dedicated parking space, other parking is on the street but subject to availability. You'll also have access to the laundry area (washer +dryer). Walk to breweries, adventure park (great for children!), tennis courts, pickleball, parks, and downtown area. Dozens of wineries to visit as the start of the Naramata bench is only a 5min drive away or bring your bikes for a scenic ride through vineyards on the Kettle Valley Rail Trail.
