There's also small private backyard space with BBQ and patio furniture. There is 1 included and dedicated parking space, other parking is on the street but subject to availability. Enjoy the comforts of home with cozy beds, high speed wifi, board games, Apple TV (you can use your own Netflix account), half up half down blackout blinds in the bedrooms, and a very well equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to the laundry area (washer +dryer). There is a shed with lock in the backyard for guests to store bikes, hockey equipment, floaties, etc. Please note there is NO smoking on or near the property due to severe owner allergies - thank you. Very close to the start of the famous Penticton Channel Float, SS Sicamous, restaurants, and walking distance to all downtown Penticton amenities. You're also just blocks away from the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre and the South Okanagan Events Centre. Walk to breweries, adventure park (great for children!), tennis courts, pickleball, parks, and downtown area. Dozens of wineries to visit as the start of the Naramata bench is only a 5min drive away or bring your bikes for a scenic ride through vineyards on the Kettle Valley Rail Trail. Visiting in the winter? Apex Mountain Resort is a 40min drive away for downhill and nordic skiing, skating, and tubing. Skaha Bluffs are located a 10min drive away - great for rock climbing in the Fall/Spring.
