We live next to the old Spanish fort, the Fuerte San Antonio, and at a 5-10 minute walk-distance from downtown, atm machines, grocerie stores and restaurants. Ancud is a great platform from which to visit all of the Chiloé island; with regular public transportation through the countryside and different towns. It's also a beautiful place to just relax and regroup strenghts before keep traveling. The streets are safe day and night, the distances are short and the goods are quite unexpensive. The space What we love about our location is that we have a great view of the gulf, and are a few steps away from the Spanish fortess and from there to the beach. The neighbourhood is super safe and quiet, and so is the house, since it only has 3 guest rooms. Guest access Besides your own room and the bathroom, you can freely use the livingroom and the backyard. You can put a load of clothes in the washing machine for an extra CL$4,000 (US$5). During your stay We understand that you sometimes just want to have the chance of a quiet rest to prepare the next stage of your journey. Just know that we are here for you and we will also happy to help you discover our city and to give you the best tips to maximize your budget and your experience.
