Our 2400 SF 4-bedroom cottage is perfect for extended families. Sleeps 12. A big yard and large deck with shaded seating is great for cookouts and relaxing and games. Plenty of off-street parking. Hang out in the game/TV room or the sunny breezeway for coffee. Kids love the bunk room, families love private BRs and 2 baths. 5-min walk to beach. Near Seaport, casinos, outlets, shore sports! We added onto a 1940 cottage to create this large home perfect for families looking to spend time together. Fully-equipped kitchen open to living room. Down one step to the breezeway - a great place for reading and morning coffee! Through double doors and down 5 steps to game room with a second full-size refrigerator, hockey table, TV lounge with cable, DVD/VCR/WIFI. The enclosed front porch has a special play area for the younger children and another reading nook. Off the back of the house, there is a spacious deck equipped with tables for 14-16. Hot/cold outdoor shower for washing off sand and a large backyard for play. The shed is stocked with sports equiptment and beach gear. Plenty of parking along the side of the house. Washer/Dryer. Upstairs there's a large master bedroom with a queen bed and a bonus, double bed. Also upstairs is a full bath (with over-sized shower stall), and a large bunk room that has 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6) and room for kids to hang out. Down stairs are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, and a full bath (with a tub). Off the TV/Game room is a small room with 2 day beds. Guest access The home is yours. Wifi, washer and dryer, outside shower and a second fridge for extra supplies. We have plenty of off-street parking. Private access to the Miami beach association beach, a short walk. We offer a shed full of beach chairs, gear wagons, yard games and sports equipment! We are in town for questions but leave our home to you to enjoy. Other things to note We love this home and ask that you treat it like your own! We love big families, but we're not the setting for big party groups.
