The game and TV room, enclosed front porch with a children’s play area, and the airy and sunny breezeway for morning coffee or dining offers plenty of room to spread out. Our large private outdoor space is comfortable for cookouts and dining on the covered porch or for visiting by the fire pit. The shaded yard has room to play and we have plenty of parking off the street - not common! Our shed is full of beach gear and lawn games and the outdoor shower is perfect for returning after a beach day. Short walk to the beach, ice cream, conveniences, and the Sound View carousel.
