Ideal to have a stay very close but outside of San Jose. We are 15 min from ONE, or 30 min from UCR and downtown San Jose. We offer you a strategic position for your stay (studio, work or tourism), 3.5 hours from the Caribbean area and 20 minutes from the airport. It has an interurban train station nearby, to reach in less than 30 minutes to the main provinces. Your location offers you all the services near you, in a traditional and quiet village. The space The building inspired by Victorian architecture is newly remodeled so it has a clean, tidy and new environment. The location of the apartment is on the second floor and the building has shops on the ground floor that make it a place of convergence and movement of people. On the second floor where the two apartments are, we live in the owners of the building so we are there to help with anything our guest needs. People who enter either apartment are always family so we guarantee safety. My apartment in particular is inhabited 3 days a week by my son of 3 years and I; so the coexistence is fair to offer you also privacy and solitude during your stay since we are almost always out. During your stay Whether it's my person or my family living in the other apartment, you can help with anything you need at any time.
