Just 1 hour from the Rio-Niterói Bridge and 30 meters from the beach, our house offers a breathtaking view of the sea, ideal for those looking for unforgettable days lulled by the sound of the waves. The property has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, a barbecue grill, a wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a backyard, Wi-Fi and a garage for up to 2 vehicles. The outdoor area of the house offers a swimming pool, shower, barbecue, wood stove, sink and a large table for leisure and outdoor dining. In the late afternoon, enjoy the sunset on the beach or rest in the hammocks on the balcony, watching the finches feed in the garden — a simple and charming experience. Important: In high season, there may be instability in the supply of electricity, which is the responsibility of the local utility company (Enel). In these situations, electrical equipment may be temporarily unavailable until the service is normalized. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the pantry and a room reserved for personal use. Access can also be made by means of a key available in a safe, allowing self check-in with practicality and security. Other things to note • Does the house have a bedroom on the ground floor? Yes. The house has two bedrooms on the ground floor, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. • What is offered? For greater comfort, we provide pillows, soaps, detergent, dish sponge and salt. • What are the other bathrooms like? The bathrooms have similar configurations, so we only show photos of one of them. • Is the water piped or from an artesian well? The house is supplied by an artesian well and a gallon of mineral water is available for drinking. • What about the sewage system? We use a septic tank system with a sink. Therefore, we ask that you DO NOT flush toilet paper or similar materials down the toilet.
