BEAUTIFUL CHALET IN A CONDOMINIUM ON THE BEACH

Our House (chalet style) is located in a small closed condominium, safe and with 24-hour monitoring. It is located at the edge of the MIDDLE BEACH/ARAÇAGY, in the neighborhood of ARAÇAGY in São José de Ribamar ( in greater São Luis). Our chalet is No. 01 in total of 10, next to the condominium pool area, which has bathrooms, and a covered area, with a complete structure: Charcoal barbecue, refrigerator, freezer, tables, chairs, crockery and utensils. The space The Chalet is very comfortable, with 2 large suites, social bathroom, living and dining room, full kitchen with all necessary utensils, crockery and also a small service area, with laundry. It has air-conditioning in the 2 en-suites and a nice balcony in front of the chalet, with a rustic table for 8 people and also a hammock space. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the chalet and the condominium's leisure area. Other things to note Guests may not hold events or parties, respecting the rules of the condominium, but you can use the leisure area at will, swimming pool, barbecue area, freezer, refrigerator, bathrooms, etc.
