This completely renovated apartment will give our guests sensation of amplitude and freedom. The building has a 24 hours onsite guard and security cameras for residents safety. This beautiful apartment is very spacious with two private bedrooms. There is central aircon as well as individual in each room. This is my personal apartment that I rent out when I'm travelling, so everything is very well maintained. There is hot water, washer, dryer, wifi, 2 flat screen TVs (one in living room 49" and one in main room 55"), bluetooth speakers, netflix, best location in the city, within walking distance of major city attractions. There are many restaurants, bars, shops, super markets, parks, and plazas surrounding the apartment. They can access the whole apartment Most certainly if available. Neighborhood is safe, and tranquil, building has a doorman Close to buses, metrovia (trolley like buses), and plenty of taxis. PARKING: We offer free parking for guests that are lodged in the apartment only, 1 space per apartment. Parking must be reserved by guests through a message at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, providing name of the driver and vehicle license plate. If you need more parking spots, we can get them for you for a supplement nightly price. We do not offer parking for visitors that lodged guests might have, however, there is free street parking and paid parking as well. Please note that parking building is not located in the same apartment building, but it is 1 minute walking from the entrance of the apartment building to the parking. Please note that the parking building can only admit vehicles that are under 2 meters high (78 inches), 2 meters wide (78 inches), and 4.5 meters long (177 inches). ELEVATORS - Please note that we are currently replacing 3 of 6 elevators in the building until May – June 2022, and during peak hours there might be some congestion resulting in short queues.
