Beachfront villa in Trocones, Mexico offers 3 master suites. The upper level has one king size master suite, and a loft that can be converted to another bedroom with a Murphy bed. The lower level has two suites with outdoor "rain forest" showers. One of the suites offers a Murphy bed that can be put away to transform the space into a TV room. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, along with an outside BBQ and pool side bar. The grounds also include an infinity pool, tropical garden and gazebo. Our luxurious beachfront villa in Trocones, Mexico offers you, your family or your group a gorgeous utopia in which to recreate and relax. La Nueva offers 3 master suites. There is one king size, master suite on the upper level with a full bath. Also on the upper level is an office/study that can be converted to another queen bedroom for two; please note there is not a dedicated bathroom for the study when used as an extra queen bedroom. The lower level has two king size, master suites with full baths to include outdoor "rain forest" showers. Additionally, there are 2 half bathrooms on the property. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of your meals along with an outside barbecue and pool side bar for your entertainment. The grounds also include an infinity pool, tropical garden and gazebo, as well as being on the beach if you want to put your toes in the sand. The property is staffed with a full time housekeeper and groundskeeper. An English/Spanish speaking property manager will greet you and is available should you need additional assistance. We have a full time Property Manager that lives a few properties south of Casa Despacito, and is available to assist you should you need something. We also have a housekeeper and and a groundskeeper person. They work Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm and Saturdays, 8am to 12pm. Sundays and Holidays they do not work. They will change your sheets, along with bath, beach, and hand towels every third day. Both speak some English, so please let either of them know if you need anything. For your dining pleasure: Roberto’s Bistro, Orbes, Chenchos, Costa Brava, Café Sol, Troncones Steak House, La Mexicana, Indigo, Present Moment and Café Pacifico are located south of Casa Despacito in the direction of Troncones. El Sereno, Jardin del Eden at Hacienda Eden, The Inn at Manzanillo Bay, Antonio's Bar & Grill, Johnny’s Seafood, Restaurant Martha and Restaurante Brisas Mexicanas are located north of the property in Playa Manzanillo and Punta Majahua. If you would like a short walk, the restaurant at Present Moment is very close by to the south and accepts Credit Cards. Other smaller local restaurants are within walking distance as well and have very good food. Please be aware that some restaurants are only open seasonally. Also, most places are cash only based establishments. There are a variety of activities to choose from that include biking, hiking, cave exploring, turtle tours, surfboard rental and lessons, horseback riding and much more. Massages, manicures, pedicures, and other spa services are also available nearby. If you are interested in any of these, please do not hesitate to ask. At Casa Despacito, we are happy to provide you some games and beach equipment for your enjoyment during your stay. You will find Pool toys, Surfboards, Sport Balls, Snorkeling Equipment, Boogie Boards and more by the bathroom and wet bar outside. Please be mindful and leave the equipment in good condition so future guests can also enjoy these perks. If there any issues, damage, or if you need assistance with anything, please let our staff members know. There are also a few free weights and Yoga Mats in the office upstairs if you chose to do workouts. Transportation to/from the Airport or activities can be arranged upon request.
