MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS/ PRICE NEGOTIABLE. Furnished clubhouse, equipped and in the FIRST row, located in a private condominium Quebrada del Mar, direct exit to the beach (4 min. walk), Km. 92.5 Pan. Sur. 5 minute drive to BOULEVAR DE ASIA. The condominium has: LARGE AND SMALL POOL FOR CHILDREN, IN PERFECT CONDITION, GYM, GAMES FOR CHILDREN, TENNIS COURT, FOOTBALL AND VOLLEYBALL, 2 FAMILY FIRE PITS, RESTAURANT, MINIMARKET, EXIT TO THE BOARDWALK TO ENJOY 5 BEACHES The space :-) The house has 2 parking spaces. The private swimming pool and terrace with outdoor furniture are on the third floor. On the second floor is the living room, dining room, main TV (with satellite TV), kitchen, laundry room (with washing machine), clothesline, guest bathroom. :-) On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms (2 of them have TV and Chromecast), children's playground and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. :-) The house has 230 m2, with its own pool, grill, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 terraces, bedrooms with full bathrooms (hot water), laundry, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. It is furnished for 9 people, all rooms have full closets, the main room has a desk and chair. All beds have pillows, sheets and bedspreads are rented for an additional cost (by negotiation via inbox). The kitchen also has high-quality utensils, pots, pans, glasses, and plates. Appliances (blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, potato fryer, etc.) Guest access :-) The condo is located an 8-minute drive from Km. 92.5 of the Panamericana Sur. It also has 24-hour private surveillance and everyone is checked upon entering the condominium. Other things to note Any damage to the house, furniture, appliances, fixtures, as well as any damage to the condominium will be deducted from the deposit guarantee. Guests must abide by the condominium rules and request the condominium's penalty regulations.
