The large TV room is located on the 1st floor from where you have a beautiful view over Boa Esperança and the Lago dos Encantos (Lake Boa Esperança). Behind the house there is the garden. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, with 2 showers, sink and toilet. The shower room has an electric shower and a shower that is connected to a solar water heater.
