Wonderful house located in the southern region of Ubatuba, a 20-minute drive from the city center, featuring 2 large rooms, 1 dining room and 1 living room, with smart TV and Sky open channels, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, as well as an excellent outdoor area with a gourmet balcony. We can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The house is very spacious, perfect for the family! We have 4 en-suites, all with a double bed, a single bed and a ceiling fan. Bed ✅ linen provided upon request: we charge 100 reais per room, including sheets, pillowcases, pillows and a blanket (payment via PIX at the time of order) NOTE: Towels not included. ✅ The neighborhood has a super advantage over the others, it is the only neighborhood that has a road that reaches the city center in 25 minutes without traffic, the Monte Valério road is newly paved and provides a great experience for lovers of Bike, walking and running, in addition to easy access to the city center by car. Tourist ✅ tax in Ubatuba: The collection of the new environmental preservation fee created by the city took effect in 2023. The fee will be charged to all motor vehicles entering the city. The amount is charged through a radar system that reads the vehicle's license plate. Therefore, there are no tolls or lines. Payment can be made through a central office, app or at the totems that are scattered around the city. ✅️We have 2 security cameras outside the house, located on the balcony and garage, and one at the gate outside the house.
