Enjoy a very pleasant stay in downtown Buenos Aires, located 6 blocks from the iconic 9 de Julio Avenue and surrounded by all kinds of restaurants and bars typical of the city. 10 blocks from the historic San Telmo neighborhood and Corrientes Avenue where you can see the famous theaters and neighborhood pizzerias. It also has extensive access to the subway and bus network that allows you to travel around the entire city. The space It has a full kitchen that includes a large oven and two electric burners for those who like to prepare a delicious meal. It also has an electric kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. There is a smart TV and 100 megabyte Wi-Fi. A few blocks away there are many bars and restaurants of all kinds for the nights when you want to go out for a walk. The building's shared terrace has a swimming pool, open from December 1st to April 1st, and a very nice solarium. The pool (where you can't drink or eat) is a service that we gladly provide to our guests, but we can't be held responsible if it can't be used due to maintenance or some other extenuating circumstance. Thank you. There is also a grill that can be rented in advance. The cleaning of it is 20 thousand pesos. On weekdays the cut-off time is until 11:00 pm and on weekends until 2:30 am. The building has two elevators and there is a manager Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm Guest access There is a laundry service in the 2nd basement and the tokens are available a few blocks away (they cost 2,000 pesos as of 10/14/25.) On the terrace there is a beautiful pool open from 8 am to 10 pm during the summer (December 1 to April 1). In addition, you can use the grill, subject to prior reservation, and an extra amount must be paid.
