Beautiful lakefront retreat in mid-coast Maine

This sweet little house is situated on a private lake ten minutes from Belfast, and twenty minutes from Camden. It sits on two, wooded acres with 200 feet of shore front allowing for privacy and the feeling of getting away from it all, yet close to all the mid-coast towns have to offer. Belfast, Camden and Rockland have plenty of shopping, restaurants (outside seating options and take out), harbor walks, rail trails and hiking. The space This is a year-round house with radiant heat downstairs and a separate heating zone upstairs for your comfort in cooler seasons; very cozy during the beautiful, cooler New England autumn-time! Guests need to be aware that the house is small, so the staircase is steep, but with handrails in place and non-slip tape for safety. Also, the short path to the pond has roots and rocks, so one needs to be able to navigate that. There are two kayaks available and a 17' canoe. There is also a picnic table located near the grill on the lawn. Also, cards and games for entertainment and a Roku TV with Netflix and Prime Video. Guest access All Other things to note There are year-round residents in the neighborhood with pets and/or children, so we all ask that guests drive slowly and carefully, for the safety of all, on the access road that leads to the properties.
