The space The room has a smart 27” Monitor and foldable wall desk for work or leisure. This room overlooks the backyard. Stocked coffee nook to pep up your day. Options for k-cups, travel cups and traditional carafe available. Long stays welcome - use of kitchen (frig, stove, microwave, etc) available. Beautiful shaded deck to enjoy a cup of coffee before going to work or to wind down from a busy day. Backyard is great for dog guest - including outside trashcan for easy disposal of those bathroom breaks. Living room with TV (HD Antenna, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video) available to guests. Kitchen area and cooking utensils are available to use. If you're a cook, you're welcome to cook away! Laundry room is happy to be of service, if you need to wash your clothes. Washing machine includes Sanitary settings. Shared bathroom with other potential AirBNB guest. Time is spent between here and NC so there is chance I may not be on site during the stay but I have a local co-host support the place. I do like exploring new local cuisine, so if you need a food hunting buddy I may be able to help. I respond to text quickly if anything arises. Other things to note Salt & Pepper (the kitties) wander the house. They mostly hide from strangers, ignores dogs and is not a fan of other cats. If you are traveling with cats, I only request: 1) Let me know 2) Kitty(ies) stay in the room during the day - ok to wander at night when the girls are in my room 3) A litter box that is hooded to prevent a mess is recommended - I do have a spare with pellet version that helps reduce odor in a small space and keeps the space clean.
