The space When you enter the house you're welcomed with the opening living floorplan and plentiful sunshine throughout. The waters from the private pool and the canal waters beyond are a calming effect to be enjoyed either outside or in. Our spacious kitchen is open to the living room and dining room perfect for entertaining along with an integrated stereo system that can be accessed via app (instructions will be provided prior to arrival). The solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances are all thoughtfully furnished for optimal experience in using the kitchen. The master bedroom is an oasis of comfort and coziness with lanai and hot tub access via french doors to the lanai as well as a bright ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a lovely walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a lovely view of the canal beyond. The third guest room is an office with massage chair and pull out single sleeper sofa. These two guest rooms share a spacious full bathroom with lanai access and shower/tub combo. The lanai is thoughtfully laid out, with an outdoor kitchen, stand-alone hot tub, and plentiful seating for optimal outdoor living. The pool has a lovely fountain effect for peaceful running water sounds during your stay. The dock includes snook lighting in the canal for nighttime enjoyment. The boat lift is not for guest use at this time. Bedroom Layout: Master Bedroom- Queen Bed, patio access/en-suite master bathroom with walk-in shower. Second Bedroom- Queen Bed Third Bedroom- Single Sleeper pullout Sofa Bed Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month plus tax. This pool faces West for beautiful sunset views from the lanai. The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store. BBQ use is included in our guest stay, if the BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. 2 kayaks available for guest use Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Manasota Key - 14 miles and Boca Grande - 13 miles Rotunda Community Park and Preserve - 3 miles Hiking at Myakka State Forest - 10 miles Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park- 5 miles Publix is 8 minutes away, and Walmart is about 14 minutes away. Access to the Boca Grande Causeway is less than 15 minutes. Cape Haze Links Golf Club and Coral Creek Club are just minutes away as is Rotunda Golf and Country Club. This is a self-catering house stay! We will provide a welcome pack including the following: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 2 packets of dishwasher detergent 2 packets of laundry soap "hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom 1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
