Fazendinha is a complete retreat for rest and leisure in the Balneário de Guriri, São Mateus, ES. Large space with pool, kiosk, gourmet kitchen and comfortable suites with air conditioning, smart TV, wifi and double bed. Small pets only. The space Fazendinha has 3 comfortable suites equipped with double bed, split air conditioning and smart TV with Netflix. In the living room, 50-inch TV with pay TV with all channels released. On the top floor, an open gazebo for sunset contemplation or wine tasting at nightfall. It contains 01 bedroom with double bed with fan, smart TV and a full bathroom. Contains a treadmill. The property also has a large kitchen in a gourmet space style for preparing your meals during the stay. In the leisure area, swimming pool and large kiosk with hammocks, barbecue, individualized bathrooms (male/female) and a comfortable steam room for complete relaxation. Outside, a beautiful garden with several fruit trees that the guest can enjoy. Covered garage for 1 vehicle and uncovered for the others. Wifi internet available in the main areas of the property: home, kiosk and pool. To complete your stay, the property also has night surveillance by a specialized company and camera system (outside only) for your comfort and safety. Guest access Guest will have access to all areas in the property, except for the owner's storage locations. Other things to note I want to let the guest know that there is a kitchen located at the kiosk, between the men's and women's bathroom (these bathrooms will be available to the guest), the kitchen will keep it closed as it is made of Craft beer.
