This unique space is located on top of one of the best bars and restaurants in the city, the Sunset NaPraia Lounge Bar, with a relaxed atmosphere and incredible ocean views. Despite being on the first floor of a bar, the suite provides a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for those seeking comfort and the convenience of having their feet in the sand. Highlights of the Space: - Side view of the sea from the window - Solarium with sofas, chairs and hammocks to relax - Smart TV, minibar and bed and bath linens (towel, sheet, pillowcases and floor) - 2 double beds The location is privileged, with the building facing the sea, easy access to public transportation, and private transportation options and apps (Uber, Uber Eats, iFood) to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Come and live an unforgettable experience, with the tranquility and comfort you deserve! Guest access IMPORTANT GENERAL INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION. Check-in during the night or in the morning: If necessary, you must also make a reservation for the previous day. Post-booking procedure: - Send ID (front and back) or driver's license with photo, accompanied by a selfie. Linen: - Consists of 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels, according to the number of guests included in the reservation, plus 1 face towel per bathroom. Welcome to a place to stay managed by Miramar Hospedagens! Miramar is a vacation rental company, not a hotel. Check out our guidelines: 1. DOCUMENTATION: After confirming the reservation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, plus a selfie for verification. The same applies to all companions on the reservation. This measure is part of our security protocol. 2. ACCESS: Visitors are not allowed. Only people registered in the reservation can have access. 3. BREAKFAST: Breakfast is not included. 4. CLEANING: Cleaning is not daily. The cleaning fee only covers the initial housekeeping and laundry service for bed and bath linens. If you would like extra cleaning, you can request it, and the same amount as the initial fee will be charged. We provide sheets and towels, but we do not have quilts or blankets. 5. DAMAGE TO LINEN: In case of makeup, paint or food stains, the replacement value of the compromised item will be charged. Attention: Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per piece. 6. PARKING: Parking is rotating, subject to availability. 7. SWIMMING POOL: THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL 8. CLEANING AT CHECK-IN: Cleaning is performed before check-in. If you identify any issues, please let us know immediately when you check in so we can resolve them as soon as possible. 9. VARIABLE DAILY RATES: The daily rates are not the same every day. 10. COURTESY ITEMS: We leave basic items for the start of your stay: detergent, toilet paper and amenities (soap, shampoo). Replenishment is the guest's responsibility as needed. 11. CONTACT WITH THE FRONT DESK: For questions related to the accommodation, avoid contacting the building's front desk. Use our customer service. For questions about the building's premises, contact the reception (if any). 12. COMMUNICATION WITH MIRAMAR: We are available to serve you through the available channels: website chat, business phone and messaging app. Our hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. There may be delays during periods of high demand. IMPORTANT: It is not possible to make check-in and check-out times more flexible. To ensure hygiene and quality service, we maintain check-in at 3 p.m. and check-out at 12 p.m. We appreciate your understanding and wish you a great stay! Other things to note IMPORTANT: Pay attention to the Unit's Rules of Use! - Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the amount for replacement of the compromised item is charged. Attention, we ask that you do not use the body and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$ 100 per piece. Early check-in or late checkout is not possible. We seek to deliver the best in stays, and for this, we also count on the cooperation of the guest in respecting our schedules. * Access Information: Upon check-in, the guest is responsible for the accommodation. If there is a problem with the lock or damage, it must be reported to us, but the resolution of the problem will be at the cost of the holder or the guest who is using the unit.
